What is the Mountain Top Location?
THE MOUNTAIN TOP... THE ULTIMATE, OUTDOOR CEREMONY LOCATION:
Lake Tahoe's last, pristine wilderness is available to groups up to
seventy-five. This eight and one half acres has three forested glens
as well as vistas from all points
with tremendous lake views. A maximum of nine client vehicles is
permitted. Shade tents, chairs, gazebos... any or all of these
"upgrades" add a special touch to your Top of The Mountain ceremony.
Our ceremonies usually run from eight to twelve minutes. The
Dream-Maker's Emerald, Sapphire and Crystal waters packages are
terrific ideas to begin with, yet customization is available, budget
permitting. Each package has built in a substantial amount of
post-ceremonial time at The Mountain Top to have our professionals,
as well as family and friends, take breath-taking photography
portraits, as well as videography. ONLY ONE WEDDING GROUP AT ANY ONE TIME IS ALLOWED
AT THE MOUNTAIN TOP. (The Dream-Maker® does supply a very clean
and safe sanihut in the forest at this location which is available
to all family and friends, including physically challenged individuals.)
Fabulous receptions can be planned to follow The Mountain Top
ceremony activities by clients using The Dream-Maker's
® Client
Contract Advantage to private reception properties. Another reception
option is one of our outstanding Tahoe restaurants. Weddings conducted
at The Mountain Top are performed under Special Use Permit with
the U.S. Forest Service. A portion of all Dream-Maker® wedding
packages booked at The Mountain Top does go back to the Federal
Government to take care of raccoon, black bear, red-tail hawk,
deer and assists in maintaining the trails and health of the forest.
Hence, ALL MOUNTAIN TOP PACKAGES ARE ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE.
This magnificent location is accessible to physically challenged
individuals. Also, our chapel, as well as our entire building,
including rest rooms, has been built to easily accommodate physically
challenged individuals. Bride, groom and all guests must meet
at The Dream-Maker® FIRST before our team escorts your vehicles
to The Mountain Top's locked, Federal Gate. The Dream-Maker®
then unlocks the gate, single-files client vehicles through, and
locks the gate behind them. Dream-Maker® then proceeds with
the group approximately three minutes on a paved road to the top.
There is a paved, parking area. No parking fee is required. The
Dream-Maker® wedding coordinator escorts the group to the
appropriate forested glen or vista for the ceremony. After the
ceremony, The Dream-Maker® encourages the bride, groom, family
and friends to stroll through the forest, enjoying panoramic,
lake views from any angle at this superb location. Of course,
our Dream-Maker® photographers and videographers have never
found another location of this kind in Tahoe! Truly, this site
provides perfection... beyond imagination!

to see them and investigate them?
BEST IDEAS REGARDING LOCATION AMBIANCE: How can my fiancée and
I find these locations to see them and investigate them? The client
may call The Dream-Maker®
to discuss general ideas on the
phone and/or make an appointment in advance to meet us and see

fantastic web site under wedtahoe.com. Approximate cost references
regarding ceremony (and possible reception location (if any)),
as well as taking a peek at the photos of many of these ceremony

of price options and event locale ideas on these FAQ pages, as
well as by phone on our toll free line of 1 (800) 252-3732. Keeping

location and property. This can be arranged by the client reviewing
and committing to Dream-Maker®

Do potential Dream-Maker® Clients have to book
with a client contract?
DREAM-MAKER®
PACKAGES AND PACKAGES WITH AN ATTACHED ADDITIONAL CLIENT CONTRACT:
Do potential Dream-Maker® clients have to book with a client
contract? No, not always. We have created chapel and indoor facility
packages, as well as outdoors packages in very remote, but easy
access sites with pristine views... packages such as The Emerald,
The Sapphire or The Crystal Waters which have been created with
the bride and groom in mind, including up to accommodating seventy-five
individuals total (with our Chapel as a complimentary weather-back-up
for groups up to fifty guests). Our indoor Willow Waterfall Chapel
has three great ideas for packages; The Sierra, The Manzanita
and The Sugarpine. Customized locations and customized ceremonial
and/or reception services, as well as organizing extended vendor/subcontractor
services such as researching availability on off-site tents, extensive
rental options, catering, shuttles, private property valet parking,
bids on live entertainment do require research and organization
above and beyond packages in our brochures, but coordination hours
are available through an agreed upon retainer included with a
Client Contract. Off-site weather back ups for any group size
that wishes to have a private property for wedding/ reception-to-follow
is accomplished with a Client Contract. Some clients are in a
financial position of having a "floating budget" whereby an initial,
non-refundable wedding/event coordination retainer is placed,
followed by monthly statements reflecting billable hours from
The Dream-Maker® due and payable upon receipt of invoice. Additional
retainers may be requested from some clients, per the customized
Client Contract, to pull all wedding/reception details together.
On occasions, a CAPPED WEDDING AND EVENTS COORDINATION retainer
can also be put together for clients with more conservative budgets,
yet still wanting coordination to organize upgrades and special
touches to their day i.e. live music bids, rental upgrades, accommodation
assistance, reception site research and site tours. Each of our
packages includes different features. Please look in the right
hand margin of this website under "outdoor weddings" and/or "mountain
top weddings" and don't miss pulling up "Active Wedding" for ideas
for your big day.
