* Baby spinach with cucumbers , red tomatoes , sliced red onions , calamata olives and fresh feta cheese in our own olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing.

Entrees: * Filet mignon with a fresh herb and wild mushroom demi glace accompanied with a purple potato gratin and roasted baby vegetables.

* Dry herb rubbed ribeye steak garlic mashed yukon gold and sweet potatoes and grilled fresh asparagus.

* Petite lobster tail with drawn butter and New York steak with peppercorn cream sauce , mashed purple peruvian potatoes and roasted baby vegetables.
